• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
• Skillful in email management with an ability to prioritize, organize, and draft professional communication as required.
• Experience or keen interest in data analysis, using insights to drive business strategies and enhance processes.
• Understanding and ability to create process documentation to ensure effective communication of complex procedures.
