● Sourcing, Screening and shortlisting the Interviewers through various portals, Naukri,
LinkedIn, Instahyre
● Initiate Onboarding Process of the Interviewers by explaining/ pitching to them about our
company Work profile, Process, Remuneration etc.
● Schedule Mock Interviews of the Interviewers
● Providing Demo to the Interviewers of the InCruiter Portal in depth
● Complete documentation Process for Interviewers
● Complete onboarding and training of the Interviewers
● Approve the Interviewers and Pass on to the Interview Team for Providing Interviews
● Must be Strong in Creating Strategies, Process Improvement.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
● Graduates or Post Graduates in business administration, sales or relevant field
● Experience in handling a team of 4-5 members
● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies
● Good organizational and time management skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
● Strong Ethics, Multitasking, self-discipline, team player and ability to manage deadlines
● Experience with MS Suits
