Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Ability to handle employee grievances, foster a positive workplace culture, and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • HR Compliance (Mandatory skill): Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies are compliant.
  • Performance Management: Skilled in developing and implementing performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Training and Development: Experience in assessing training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Knowledge of structuring competitive compensation packages and managing benefits administration.
  • Conflict Resolution: Able to manage and resolve workplace conflicts efficiently and tactfully.
  • HRIS Management: Proficient in using Human Resource Information Systems for managing employee data and HR processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Managing employee relations by addressing grievances, ensuring employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring HR compliance by staying updated on labor laws and regulations and implementing necessary policy changes.
  • Administering performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair employee packages.
  • Handling conflict resolution and providing support to managers and employees in resolving workplace issues.
  • Maintaining and managing employee records using HRIS software, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
