Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated HOD - Sales to lead our sales team in the digital marketing products division. As the HOD - Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in SaaS sales, digital marketing products sales, and a deep understanding of B2B and international sales. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving customer acquisition. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS and digital marketing products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategy and international sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the sales team in the digital marketing products division
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute sales campaigns
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to the senior management
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve targets
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and trainings for the sales team
