Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Executive for Collection at Credit Management Services . This is a full-time position located in Virar, Vasai E, Nala Sopara. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in collection and credit management services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle delinquent accounts and recover debts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues related to debt recovery.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate junior team members in achieving collection targets.
• Competency in financial analysis to assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Experience in customer relationship management to maintain positive client interactions and build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in debt recovery techniques and strategies to maximize recovery rates.
• Understanding of legal compliance related to debt collection to ensure all activities adhere to regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and initiate collection activities to recover outstanding debts.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Analyze financial information and documents to assess client’s ability to repay debts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve debt recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the legal team to handle cases that require legal intervention.
• Mentor and support junior team members in achieving their collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection.
