Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a full-time, mid-level position in Shimla, Jammu, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Udaipur, Kota, and Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of experience and will play a pivotal role in expanding our edtech market presence through strategic and innovative approaches to sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation and ability to develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Proficiency in edtech sales with a demonstrated history of achieving targets in educational technology sectors. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in institutional sales, understanding the nuances of selling educational solutions to organizations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in educational sales, specifically within the realm of professional courses, showcasing the capability to tap into academic markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and collaborate across different departments.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and leverage insights to drive informed sales decisions and strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the edtech and institutional sectors to drive sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas and design effective sales strategies accordingly.
