The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
· Design and implementation of recruitment strategy.
• Develop job descriptions and post advertisements at job portals.
· Sourcing profiles from job portals like Naukri India/Gulf, Monster India/Gulf, Search Cv’s, Gulf Talent, Bayt .com
· Carry out full life cycle recruiting including cold calling, pre-screening employees, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, initiating interviews
· Initial screening and shortlisting of candidates via telephone based on both technical and communication skills
· Maintaining Tracker- weekly plan & Review process
· Coordinating package details with candidates & creating a base Vs expected comparative for Sr Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
