Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Windzard Technologies. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in multiple locations, including Chennai, Madurai, Salem, Coimbatore, Bangalore Rural, Cochin, and Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, particularly within the IT services and IT consulting industry. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT services and IT consulting industry
- Proven skills in sales strategy, including planning, executing, and evaluating sales campaigns to meet targets
- Strong team leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding a sales team towards achieving their goals
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Adept in forecasting sales to understand and predict market trends and customer needs
- Experience in the sales of health insurance and life insurance is an advantage
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques to deliver effective solutions to customers' needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenues
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Prepare sales forecasts and track sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results to upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor products
