Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for managing various aspects of insurance services, including life, health, and general insurance. This is a full-time position based in one of the following locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore, Vijayawada, or Cochin.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in life insurance (Mandatory skill) with comprehensive knowledge of policies and practices.
- Extensive experience in health insurance (Mandatory skill) and understanding of different health plan options and benefits.
- Strong sales acumen in the insurance sector (Mandatory skill) to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of general insurance principles and regulations applicable in different regions.
- Proven experience in telesales, with the ability to effectively communicate and sell insurance products over the phone.
- Background in marketing techniques tailored to the insurance industry to attract and retain clients.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments related to insurance services.
- Track record in direct sales, especially in establishing and maintaining client relationships to promote insurance products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage life and health insurance portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing client satisfaction.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
- Provide leadership and training to sales and telesales teams to enhance their effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
- Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on suitable insurance products and options.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that effectively promote insurance services.
- Oversee the smooth operation of BPO processes related to insurance, ensuring quality and efficiency.
