Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Windzard Technologies. This position is ideal for a fresher who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR department. The role will encompass various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and data analysis. The position is offered as an internship with a hybrid work model, part-time, and with an option for a contract-to-hire for outstanding candidates. Candidates should have 0 to 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of onboarding procedures and best practices.
- Ability to manage employee relations effectively.
- Understanding of HR policies and their implementation.
- Basic skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR documentation and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and working on HR activities
- Hire candidates' requirements for the suitable job roles
- Provide recruitment end-to-end solution
- Work on requirements, screen the candidates and do the primary interviews
- Work on onboarding and joining process
- Work on salary packages for the candidates
- Do salary negotiations with candidates
START DATE: Immediately
DURATION: 3 Months to 6 Months
STIPEND: ₹ 4,000-6,000 /month
The average incentive offered along with the stipend is 10,000.
