Job Description:

As a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing AWS/Azure services. Leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies, automation, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, you will contribute to the optimization of our development and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 7 years in AWS/Azure DevOps roles, demonstrating deep technical proficiency and a passion for driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure platforms.
• Develop and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of DevOps practices with business objectives and project requirements.
• Drive initiatives to optimize system performance, reliability, and security through infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address issues in the cloud environment.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our infrastructure and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical recommendations for cloud solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps roles with a focus on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, subnets, and security groups.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, Agile practices, and collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, Jira).
