Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Pimpri-Chinchwad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in drafting and technical drawing, especially within HVAC systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise HVAC plans and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate translation of design intentions into technical drafts.
• Ensure all drafts conform with industry standards and building regulations, maintaining quality and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss draft requirements and implement feedback into designs.
• Coordinate with project managers to align drafting tasks with project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed records and archives of all drafts and revisions to serve as reference for future projects.
• Assist in training junior draftsmen by sharing expertise and industry best practices in HVAC drafting.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in drafting technologies and HVAC industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD to ensure precise and efficient HVAC drafts and designs for various projects.
• Demonstrated ability in HVAC system knowledge, drafting skills, and technical drawing (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional attention to detail to identify and rectify errors in technical drawings and drafts effectively.
• Strong understanding of building codes to ensure all drafts comply with local and national regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers and project teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Problem-solving abilities to quickly identify issues in drafts and propose viable solutions for corrections.
• Skilled in creating detailed technical schematics that are easy for installation teams to interpret and follow.
• Experience in preparing and modifying technical drawings to incorporate changes recommended by engineers.
