Role & Responsibilities

• Design social media strategies to achieve marketing target.
• Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
• Liaise with social media team and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles)
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand
• Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Leadership and communication skills is a must.
