Reporting to: Store Manager
Your job as Sales Executive is to:
· Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
· Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service
· Maximizing sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
· Dealing with customer queries and concerns
· Maximizing profitability and meeting sales target
· Maintaining financial records
· Liaising with the corporate office and working with all concerned stakeholders internal and external
· Exhibiting a professional approach to handling internal/external Customers
· Being aware of the changing market dynamics and keeping updated on all the industry-related developments
· Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process
· Focusing on Customer Relationship
Requirements:
· Experience min 2+ years in related industry
· Great interpersonal skills and customer service
· Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
· Possess a strong understanding of the market we are operating in
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Ability to write clear, detailed reports
· Initiative to identify new markets and unravel customer needs
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
