RESPONSIBILITIES –
Improving lead management processes, device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members
- Monitoring quality of various activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centerS
- Liaising with the outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Cross-using leads for various projects
- Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads
- Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
- Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times
- Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
- Carrying ownership for every customer query.
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
WORKING HOURS -8.5HOURS (10:30AM TO 7:00PM)
