We are hiring a Sales Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at White Gold Bullion Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by leading a team of sales executives. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of credit card sales and insurance sales
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
