Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Dubai Team

Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including key projects, developers, and current trends.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via phone to invite them to Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Support: Assist clients at property expos, facilitate introductions to developers, and provide insights into investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Project Presentation: Present detailed information about Dubai real estate projects, emphasizing their benefits to support clients in making informed decisions.
  • Sales Closure: Finalize deals and ensure successful transaction completions.
  • Follow-up: Engage with clients after expos to address their questions and continue discussions about potential investments.
  • Lead Management: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, expo feedback, and follow-up activities.


Qualifications:

  • Open to Graduates and Post Graduates.
  • Suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to effectively present and discuss real estate projects with clients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client interactions and guiding them through the decision-making process.
