Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Expertise: Build comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate sector, including prominent projects, key developers, and current market trends.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to invite them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Support: Assist clients during expos, facilitating introductions to developers and highlighting prime investment opportunities.
  • Project Presentations: Provide clients with thorough presentations on various Dubai real estate projects, helping them make informed investment choices.
  • Sales Facilitation: Oversee and close property sales with interested clients, guiding them through the buying process.
  • Post-Expo Relationship Management: Continue engagement with clients after expos, answering their questions and exploring additional investment opportunities.
  • Lead Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure effective management of leads.


Qualifications:

  • Open to Graduates and Postgraduates.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Confident in presenting real estate projects both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional grooming and appearance.
  • Ability to effectively guide clients through their decision-making process.

Working Days and Hours:

  • 6 days a week (One day off, excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
