Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Dubai Sales Team

With a solid presence in the Dubai market, we offer clients exclusive opportunities to invest in premium properties. Our Dubai Sales Team is focused on connecting clients to prime Dubai properties through a series of expos held in various cities.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in promoting Dubai real estate investment opportunities to clients. Your duties will involve reaching out to potential clients, guiding them through property expos, and closing sales, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including top developers, key projects, and market trends.
- Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone to invite them to attend Dubai Property Expos.
- Expo Support: Accompany clients during expos, introducing them to developers and explaining investment opportunities in Dubai properties.
- Project Presentation: Provide clients with in-depth information about Dubai real estate projects to help them make well-informed investment decisions.
- Sales Closure: Close sales by addressing client concerns and assisting them in finalizing property purchases.
- Post-Expo Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients after expos to answer questions and explore additional investment options.
- Lead Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate (open to both freshers and experienced candidates).
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in presenting real estate projects, both in person and over the phone.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and support them through the investment process.

Work Details:
- Days: 6 days a week (1 day off, excluding weekends)
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Location: Success Tower, Unit 418, 4th Floor, Golf Course Ext Road, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122102
- Mode: Office-based
