Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Dubai Sales Team

Our Dubai Sales Team plays a pivotal role in connecting clients to these prime investments through a series of Expos held across various cities.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Training: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including key projects, developers, and market trends.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, inviting them to attend Dubai Property Expos.
- Dubai Property Expo Support: Assist clients during expos by introducing them to developers and explaining investment opportunities in Dubai properties.
- Project Presentation: Provide in-depth information on various Dubai real estate projects, helping clients make informed investment decisions.
- Sales Closure: Successfully close deals and guide clients through the investment process.
- Follow-up: Post-expo, follow up with clients to address any further queries and continue discussions on potential investments.
- Lead Management: Maintain records of client interactions, feedback from expos, and follow-up actions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Proficient in both Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining real estate projects to potential clients in person and over the phone.
- Must maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Proven ability to manage client interactions and guide them through decision-making.
