Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including notable projects, key developers, and emerging trends.
  • Client Outreach: Actively engage potential clients via phone to invite them to attend our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Support: Provide assistance to clients during expos by introducing them to developers and showcasing premium investment opportunities.
  • Project Presentations: Deliver detailed presentations on various Dubai real estate projects, helping clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Sales Facilitation: Manage and close property sales, guiding clients smoothly through the purchasing process.
  • Post-Expo Client Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with clients after expos, addressing any inquiries and discussing additional investment options.
  • Lead Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless lead management.

Qualifications:

  • Open to both Graduates and Postgraduates.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and collaborating with team members.
  • Confident in delivering project presentations, both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Ability to effectively guide clients through the decision-making process.
