Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Dubai

We offer clients exceptional investment opportunities in exclusive Dubai properties through our dedicated Sales Team, which hosts Property Expos in various cities.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape, including major projects, developers, and market trends.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via calls to invite them to Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Support: Assist clients at property expos, facilitate introductions to developers, and provide insights into Dubai investment opportunities.
  • Project Presentation: Deliver detailed information about various Dubai real estate projects and their advantages, aiding clients in making well-informed decisions.
  • Sales Closure: Finalize deals and ensure successful transactions.
  • Follow-up: Engage with clients post-expo to resolve queries and further discuss investment possibilities.
  • Lead Management: Maintain records of client interactions, feedback from expos, and follow-up activities for future reference.


Qualifications:

  • Graduates or Post Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and team relationships.
  • Capability to confidently present and articulate real estate projects to potential clients, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions, address needs, and guide through decision-making processes.
