Roles and responsibilities

• Communicate with clients over the calls to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits
• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts.
• Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers
• Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
• Go with clients to check out properties so they can see them in person and help them understand everything about it.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• The candidate from a non-management background can also apply
• Minimum experience required (0 - 6m)
• Should have excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong customer service skills.
