Role Definition

The company is seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals to build a strong student admissions team. As the Admissions Associate, you will be responsible for:

1. Initial qualification of the leads via calling

2. Speaking with students to understand their needs and accordingly explain the benefits of the product, answer questions etc.

3. Taking the student through the appropriate sales journey which will include multiple touch-points (email, phone, video sessions etc.)

4. Adhere to outreach and sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis

5. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

6. Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM software

7. Providing constant feedback to the internal sales and marketing team to ensure the refinement of the sales process and messaging


The Admissions Associate will be responsible for working directly with the student helping them build trust in the product. They have the unique opportunity of being an initial member of the sales team for a new and exciting product for students looking to go abroad for their studies, thus providing an exciting opportunity to learn and grow internally as well. This person will report directly to the Head of Sales.


Who are we looking for?

1. Qualification: Bachelor degree

2. Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in either business development or lead qualifiers into edtech industry or people working from the edtech sector

3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

4. Comfortable with using a CRM software

5. Excellent written and communication skills

6. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a “get-it-done” attitude

7. Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy

Location: Godrej Campus (Vikhroli West), Mumbai

Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a Sunday fixed off. (i.e. Candidates will work

for 5 days in a week, 6 days in the following week, and repeat that)
