Job Description of Content & Ideation Manager
1. Content
a. The background research work on products, brand and competition which would help in developing 'in sync' proposal basis the client brief.
b. Come up with a compelling core idea and its visual representation which can form the theme of the event.
c. Prepare the pitch deck with idea, theme, and detailed roll out plan including all elements.
d. Provide the content for all elements that help in the creation of the pitch.
e. Support in terms of presence for the pitch meeting that may involve the consultant’s presence for the meeting as part of the Solizy Team.
f. Guide the creative team to ensure that the core idea as envisaged by the content team is correctly depicted as part of the creation of the pitch for the client.
g. Content Creation of Solizy social platforms.
2. Ideation
a. Be a part of all team meetings with client servicing colleagues in understanding the brief and ideation to enable the pitch deck to be created as desired.
b. Come out with freshness of ideas for driving social media campaigns.
Skills Required
a. BA/ MA in English Honours or Mass Communication from a reputed college.
b. 3-5 years, experience of handling content-based assignments in advertising and event agencies/ media companies.
c. Should have experience in managing social media and be a self-starter in the role.
