Position- Dialer Engineer

Location- Bhayandar west 5 Days working

Age- 20 and above

Exp- 2 to 4 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Supervise, Design, Installation and Operation of Dialer system.

2. Day-to-Day CIM management (Agent, Campaign, Report, Recording & Problem Management)

3. Dialer Performance Optimization

4. Work closely with the Operations/WFM to understand strategy for programs.

5. Ensure all Dialer related issues/requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel.

6. Perform daily checklist and review of logs generated by CIM systems.

7. Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures.

Qualification- BE would be preferable

Experience- Should have at least 2 years’ experience on any dialer. Preferred dialers: Aspect, Vici dial, Cosmocom, etc.

Technical skills-

1) Linux,

2) SQL,

3) PHP,

4) MS-office

5) WINDOWS - XP, 7,10

Management skills-

1. Good Team Player

2. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives

3. Excellent time management

4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

5. Very Good English Communication Skills and good E-mail Etiquettes
