Job Title: Training Executive / Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs for sales representatives, focusing on product knowledge and selling skills.

- Collaborate with Senior RSMs and ZSMs to identify training needs and provide coaching support.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.

- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

- Experience working with Senior RSMs/ZSMs preferred.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
