Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team at West Coast Pharmaceuticals Works Limited. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives, managing their schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and it requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the schedules of senior executives, including arranging appointments and organizing meetings
- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and provide summary reports on various topics as requested
- Compile and analyze data to assist with decision-making and problem-solving
- Support senior executives in managing projects by organizing and maintaining project files and documents
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and record-keeping
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
