Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive export marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in target regions.
  2. Identify and research potential markets, including competitor analysis, market trends, and customer preferences.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning for international markets.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and partners to expand our distribution network.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient order processing.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation to ensure compliance.
  8. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and identify potential business opportunities.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of export marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of [X] years of experience in export marketing or international business development, preferably in the [insert industry].
  3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing export marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
