Job Description

1. Key player in implementation & management of the QMS (Quality management system)

2. Support quality management representatives through Internal Audits

3. Support all daily testing & inspection activities in the production line

4. Handle customer complaints & resolutions

5. Maintain (CAPA) corrective and preventive actions

6. Review product certifications & maintain records

7. Support the Product Management team in validating the new product before releasing it to market

8. Communicate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and agencies in regards to quality and

compliance issues

9. Additional duties as assigned Skill sets & Experience Qualification Electrical & Elecrtonics in BE Domain Skills Inspection, Testing, Analytical skills Other Skills Excel & Powerpoint

Minimum Experience Req. 2 to 3
