You have:
● Any full time graduate, Degree holders in HR, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred
● 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, minimum 2+ years in building Sales team in Non IT
● Expertise in planning hiring process, designing hiring strategies aligning with business goals
● Must have prior experience working on a variety of IT Sales role for a B2B enterprise
Organization on cloud and SaaS business
● Experience in hiring Solution selling, Software selling direct sales , upselling, cross selling
candidates
● Experience of building CSM, Client success teams
● Good analytical problem-solving skill
● Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
● Global Stakeholder management experience
● Naturally focused on building candidate pipelines to bring in the top-quality performers
● Previous experience of working in a Software Product based MNC working is a plus
● Flexibility to work timings to interact with Global Stakeholders
