Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Executive to join our team at WeHit. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, repurposing content, guest outreach for podcast, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. The position is located in Sector-63, Noida.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and social media analytics tools (not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
• Ability to write clear, creative, and engaging captions tailored to different audiences.
• Experience in community management, responding to comments, and engaging with followers effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars and deadlines.
• Creativity in developing new content ideas and strategies to increase engagement.
• Proficiency in analyzing social media insights and reporting on campaign performance.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to changing social media trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to repurpose Content and help in Podcast Guest Outreach.

Expected Compensation

Competitive CTC: ₹1,80,000 - ₹2,04,000 per annum
