Role Description

 Experience         : 6 Months to 2 years

Location               : Noida -63

Working Days     : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)

Timings                : 9.30 – 6.00 pm

Salary                   : 2.16 LPA – 3.60 LPA

Responsibilities

·        Run and manage ad campaigns specifically for E-commerce brands with a focus on Direct sales.

·        Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns under guidance.

·        Assist in analyzing and optimizing ad performance to improve results.

·        Target the right audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.

·        Track ad performance and analyze key metrics.

·        Communicate with team members and provide reports on campaign performance.

·        Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.

Required Skill Set

·        Strong Knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads and campaign setup

·        Understanding of sales-focused ad strategies for e-commerce

·        Familiarity with audience targeting and segmentation

·         Eye for creative design and working with design teams

·        Willingness to analyze ad performance and optimize

·        Strong budget allocation knowledge

·        Strong communication and coordination skills

·        Exposure to different ad formats (image, video, carousel)

·         Basic understanding of Google Ads
