Position: BDE – IT Sales &nbsp;Job Summary:&nbsp;<ul><li>Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Freelancer, Up work, O desk, Guru, PPH etc</li><li>To Manage &amp; Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To generate leads &amp; identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achievement of monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly business plan.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages the sale of Software services with the sole focus of maximizing revenues and profits for Software Services in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.&nbsp;<ul><li>Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client</li><li>Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable</li><li>Answering any technical questions the client might have</li><li>Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design different marketing strategies and execute.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establishing a relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should have in-depth knowledge of Software services market and proven track record of sales revenue in software services.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should be good in presentation skills&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should have knowledge about IT bidding portals as well bidding.&nbsp;&nbsp;Required Experience and Qualifications Experience – 1 Year - 2 years&nbsp; Educational Qualification:&nbsp;B.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Sc (CS/ IT), and MBA (Should have technical knowledge)&nbsp;&nbsp;
