Roles and Responsibilities:


Handling inbound calls and converting them into sales.

Selling flights tickets on Campaign calls

Helping clients with travel advice & information.

Ensuring smooth travel arrangements by booking tickets and accommodation.

Identifying clients preferences and suggesting appropriate travel packages or services.

Gathering information about different locations, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.

Resolving issues faced by travelers and determining eligibility for refunds.


Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Should be well-versed with GDS (Amadeus )

Having experience in PPC calls only.

Qualification: Any Graduate (Required)

             Bachelor’s in Tourism (Preference)


Shift: Rotational shift


Experience: Min. 2 – 5 Years of Exp. in same Industry

Having experience in PPC calls only.


Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Unlimited Incentives + Cash Incentives on Daily sales


Location- Okhla Phase-III, South Delhi, Pin- 110020, New Delhi.
