Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 10+2 education level
• 1-2 years of experience in INTERNATIONAL Sales campaign
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales Processes, Customer Service, Customer Support, and Sales Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Understand clients’ business needs
• Handle inbound process for Travel Sales with B2B focus
• Work night shifts (full-time)
• Resolve queries related to travel tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities
• Participate in an unlimited incentives program
