We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive for our Company Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd at Rajarhat, Kolkata.
Those candidates who were belongs to Travel Background there is no bar for Salary
US Inbound Ticketing process, candidate use to take 15 to 30 calls in a day and book flight tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries.
Need candidates with excellent English communication skills.
Candidates should have minimum 1 yr experience in International BPO Sales Process.
Working days: 24 working days in a month, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .
Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off
Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
Salary : 18K to 22K
Training : 10 days paid training.
Responsibilities:-
1.Manage incoming phone calls
2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements:-
1. Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
