We are hiring for the position of Inbound International BPO Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our dynamic Travel Process team.

This role involves working in a captive process, handling flight booking and ticketing inquiries for our US-based customers.

Salary we are offering is 18,000 to 28,000 in hand

Incentive : Up to 4,00,000 in a month

Complete Night Shift, Roster Off

We have 6-5 working days, 6 week offs in a month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by managing inbound calls from international clients.
• Assist customers with flight booking, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries.
• Handle customer queries efficiently and effectively in a US-shift environment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing accurate information.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
