ABOUT THE JOB:
Experience -minimum 6months to 1 yrs in an International Inbound Process.
Salary-18k to22k +incentives up to1 lakh/month.
Role Description
1.This is a full-time on-site role for a customer care executive .
2Rresponsible for providing excellent customer support to US based customer for travel process.
3.Ensuring customer satisfaction ,and maintaining high -quality customer service.
4.Your daily tasks will include communication with customer.
5.Managing customers in train ticket booking process and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
6.Ablility to work on night shift(10:00 pm to 8:00am)
Required Qualifications:
1.Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction ,and Customer Service Skills.
2.Excellent and professional level expert in English Communication Skills.
3.Must be 12th pass/any graduate.
