Qualifications and Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in US travel Sales campaign
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales Processes, Customer Service, Customer Support, and Sales Management
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interaction and reputation with clients
- Understand the business needs of the clients
- Handle inbound process for Travel Sales with B2B & B2C clients
- Work in a full-time Night Shift job (9 pm-7 am)
- Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities
- Participate in Unlimited incentives program
