Weare looking for someone with a Healthcare background and experience in business development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a proven track record of driving growth in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.

2. Build and maintain relationships with Hospital key stakeholders, insurance companies and other industry partners.

3. Work with diverse staff to develop and execute business plans.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

5. Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners

7. Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of business development initiatives.

8. Stay informed about changes and developments in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, healthcare administration or related field.

2. 3-4 years of business development, sales or marketing experience preferably in the healthcare industry.

3. Have a deep understanding of healthcare, including knowledge of healthcare management and reimbursement models.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

6. Ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred

qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.

2. Experience working with healthcare technology solutions.

3. Knowledge of value-based care and population health management models.

4. Experience using CRM software
