Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic EV Design Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the design and development of electric vehicles. In this role, you will assist in designing and testing key components and systems for EVs, including battery systems, powertrains, chassis, and vehicle architecture. You will work closely with our engineering team, gaining valuable insight into the EV design process and contributing to cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of EV systems and components, such as battery management systems, electric drivetrains, and thermal management solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create 3D models and CAD designs for vehicle components.
• Conduct simulations and performance analysis of various EV components to assess their efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in the testing and validation of EV components and systems.
• Contribute to the integration of powertrain, battery, and electrical systems into vehicle designs.
• Support research and development of new materials, technologies, and design methodologies for electric vehicles.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in the electric vehicle space.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Pass Outs / Fresher / Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of vehicle design, powertrains, and electrical systems.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, battery technology, and electric vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, or similar tools) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainable transportation and the electric vehicle industry.
