Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team at WebKorps. As a Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our software applications and products. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans and strategies
• Conduct testing on software applications to identify and resolve any defects or issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development process
• Define and document test cases and test data to ensure full test coverage
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
• Monitor and analyze application performance to identify areas for improvement
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to the development team
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance
