Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing Executive Calendar, including setting up meetings and scheduling appointments
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Should have experience catering National and International clients
• Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executives
• Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal matters at the highest level
• Prioritising emails, receiving incoming calls, scheduling board and foundation meetings
• Work on presentations and data as required
• Serve as the voice of the CEO in professional and efficient communication

Basic Necessary Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Digital marketing industry will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and familiarity with Google Sheets
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Previous experience supporting C-level executives
• Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools
