Job Title: Telecaller/Telemarketer

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers. 

Salary-18k 

Experience - Freshers to 2 years

Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products or services.
2. Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to interested customers.
3. Answer any questions customers may have about our products or services.
4. Obtain and record customer information, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases or to resolve any issues.

Requirements 

1. Good in communication must be very fluent in Hindi English and Bengali 
2. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
