We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our software company. You will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation and sales conversion programs.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, trained and equipped to achieve their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales proposals, presentations, and negotiations, working closely with the customer success team.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvements to the sales process.
- Use and maintain sales tools such as CRM, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure sales strategies are aligned with the product roadmap.
- Travel to client sites and participate in meetings, events, networking, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3 years in a Sales Manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with SaaS products and cloud-based services is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software products is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
