Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales data analysis
• Ability to identify new business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Effective oral and written communication abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
• Negotiate and close deals with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to meet customer needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
