We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our software company. This role requires a strategic, data-driven thinker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, talent management, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and develop HR strategies, policies and programs that enable the organization to attract, retain and develop the required talent pool.
  • Recruit and hire top talent for the organization by leveraging multiple sources.
  • Manage employee relations by responding to employee questions, conducting investigations, and resolving concerns.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and workforce planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain employee performance review process and assist with succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain personnel records, ensuring that all payroll and benefits information is up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain employee training programs, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Partner with managers to design and implement employee rewards and recognition programs.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR management experience in a software or technology company.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple states and regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations and human resources best practices. 
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
