Provide demo to clients and generate leads to create healthy sales funnel. Job description : Responsible for development of Business plans & sales funnel Analysing and preparing daily, monthly and annual sales plans and ensuring that the sales team meets their targets and goals Timely follow up on product leads. Studying the market of the given segment by analysing the present business scenario. Promoting the company's existing products Responsible for development of Business plans & sales funnel Responsible for achieving a set targets of business segment Create pipeline dash board and keep a regular follow up with clients Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs to cross sell Identify business opportunities by hunting and qualifying prospects. Analyze and validate sales transactions Generate leads through various channels, networking and driving your territory Handle the entire sales cycle end to end, leading to closures Experience and Expertise : You should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sale. Software/ Technology solutions sales experience Knowledge of business development in Software/Technology solutions, Insurance or banking sector Sales will be an added advantage. Experience shall include sales of Enterprise Products and Services like Digital solutions, Cloud applications, SAAS, Digital Marketing. Functional and Behaviour Skills: Good interpersonal & communication skills in candidate Selling skill, Influencing & Negotiation skills and Presentation skills Candidate should be a Result Orientated Ability to assess financial, marketing and operational aspects.
