We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:dentify and generate new business opportunities through various freelancing platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant sites.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Bidding and Proposal Writing:Actively bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer to secure new business.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management:Engage with potential clients through effective communication to understand their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and ensuring timely and successful delivery of our services.
  • Sales and Business Development:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the digital marketing and SEO industry.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential new clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the SEO and digital marketing industry to better address client needs.
  • Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on sales activity, lead generation, and client feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to understand the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Experience:Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a Business Development role within the SEO or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Skills:Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write compelling proposals and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
